We have been working with Opal since December 2011.

What are the details of your working relationship with Opal. What service do they provide to you?
Opal have supplied my company with California Scents air fresheners and various different candles from their extensive range.

What are the standout features of their service? E.g timescales, friendliness etc
When placing our order with Opal, they have consistently been able to process our order very quickly and they have always delivered orders for the dates I have requested.

Would you recommend others to use Opal?
I have recommended Opal to the whole of the CDG group who I now know most are trading with them. I would also like to place on record my recommendation to anyone else.

If you could sum up the service from Opal Products in one phrase- what would it be?
Opal are an extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating company who I have found very easy to work with.
